PROCEDURE
1.- The town or village council will, in representation of the applicant interested parties, present ITELAZPI with the subsidy application as per the specified format.
2.- ITELAZPI will verify fulfilment of the criteria and requirements established in this Order and issue the corresponding proposal with respect to the subsidy, which it will pass on to the awarding body.
3.- The subsidy will be paid directly to the beneficiary town or village council, a fact which will also be communicated to the collaborating entity. Itelazpi S.A. will therefore demand from the beneficiary town or village council the corresponding certificate of installation in order to verify that the project has in fact been implemented. If considered necessary, Itelazpi S.A. can make an inspection with the beneficiary and jointly draw up the corresponding Document of Acceptance for the installation.
