The affected town and village council/s must present the appropriate application. This application shall include the following documentation (please refer to the Order Addendum), which must be presented duly signed and stamped:
1.1.- A written application (drawn up as indicated in addendum 1.1.)
1.2.- A certificate of the Plenary Agreement at which it was agreed to request the subsidies anticipated in this Order (see the section on addendum 1.2.).
1.3.- A declaration of other subsidies received and of not being involved in any kind of disciplinary or reimbursement proceedings as a result of any subsidies or grants of the same kind granted by the general Basque Administration: (see the section on addendum 1.3.)
1.4.- A certificate proving availability of the specific land or location (see the section on addendum 1.4.).
