Homologation in Industrial Health and Safety
Individuals or corporate bodies, contractors or housed by ITELAZPI, S.A., must comply with the following for homologation effects in industrial health and safety:
Compliance with legal requisites.
The contractors or those housed there shall comply with industrial, legal or conventional requisites, and Social Security provisions regarding the workers under them, likewise industrial risk prevention regulations constituted by Law 31/1995, of 8th November, its development or complementary provisions and as many other legal or conventional regulations, containing prescriptions regarding adoption of preventive measures in an industrial environment or susceptible to occur in said environment
ITELAZPI will control compliance with legal-industrial obligations foreseen in current legislation via PREVITEK – a company hired for Specialised Technical Services.
Accreditation of legal requisites
In this sense, ITELAZPI may at any time verify, demanding corresponding documentation, compliance with legally required requisites.
Documentary accreditation of said obligations, particularly regarding co-ordination of entrepreneurial activities on risk prevention, must be remitted the following address:

Co-ordination of entrepreneurial activities.
Should contractors and those housed in ITELAZPI centres or premises concur, they will establish the means necessary regarding workers’ industrial risk protection and co-ordination of preventive activity between companies.
Therefore, ITELAZPI will inform on risks and emergency measures to apply, they will give precise instructions on prevention of risks extant and monitorise compliance of prevention regulations by contractors or subcontractors or those housed in their work centres.
In this respect, the contracted company or housed on ITELAZPI premises will co-operate in the application Industrial Risk Prevention regulations assuming their obligations and responding to their non-compliances.
Furthermore, to obtain a collaboration agreement on Risk Prevention in compliance with obligations established in article 24 "Co-ordination of Entrepreneurial Activities" Industrial Risk Prevention Law and RD 171/2004 which develops it, ITELAZPI shall provide the contractor or housed party with the documentation detailed below:
