Introduction

ITELAZPI, S.A. is a public company of the Basque Government, whose incorporation was authorised via Decree 215/2003, of 23rd September. On incorporation it was ascribed to the Department of Public Finance and Administration, as prescribed by article 5 of said Decree.

Itelazpi, S.A. is currently ascribed to the Department of Justice and Public Administration pursuant to article 9 of Decree 4/2009 of 8th May.

ITELAZPI, S.A., although a recently created company, it houses the knowledge acquired throughout over 20 years’ experience rendering transport and diffusion services for the EITB group.
